Fun and easy to do with young kids for Halloween Treat and activity.

Follow up:

Purchase a bag of Tootsie Pops on a stick.

Purchase a box of while kleenex.

Cut yarn about 7-9 inches long.

Cover Tootsie Pop with while Kleenex and tie yarn in bow to create a Ghost cover over Tootsie Pop.

With marker draw eyes and mouth onto Kleenex and make a happy face.

Kids young and old enjoy this activity.

Our family has been making these for over 18 years. My mother in law made these when my husband was growing up... a tradition ....

We love giving these to the younger trick or treaters and enjoy thier happy halloween smiles!
